We are looking for a local, experienced office coordinator who is highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate should be resourceful and efficient, with the ability to work between multiple people and tasks.
The role involves providing administrative support, which includes filing and organizing records, invoices, and other essential documents. Responsibilities also include data entry, invoice management, ordering and tracking office and field materials, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing general assistance to the operations teams.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, experienced professional with high organizational skills who can handle a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks within a team environment.

Job Requirements and Essential Skills:
- Organized and detail-orientated
- Computer literate with the ability to use a variety of office software
- Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF editing
- Proficient data entry, tracking, and document control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- At least two years of office coordinator experience
- Prior experience working with DOT, OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and Safety reports
